Worker with minimum 5 years experience required for all kinds of building maintenance and electrical work that include and not limited to: 1) Cleaning: - Corridors - Apartments - Buildings - Common Areas 2) Painting work 3) Pluming work and Electrical Work - Poly Pipe/PPR Pipe Installation/Change Mixers & Water Heaters/Resolve Leaks Toilet waterproofing - Electrical work - Wiring/ELCB/Socket Change/Resolve Electrical Issues 4) Help other members in the maintenance teamin different types of work. Advantage will be given to candidates that have a background in plumming and electrical work.
