Job Description: Business Development Manager Company: EHSN Trading WLL Location: [Bab Al Bahrain] Employment Type: Full-time/Sponsorship available Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue. • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs. • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company targets. • Negotiate contracts and close business deals. • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and business meetings. • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, and operations) to align business goals. • Prepare reports and present progress updates to management. Requirements: • Active Driving license issued in Bahrain • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (5-6 years preferred). • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments. • Knowledge of the industry (wholesale trading, retail, especially construction industry depending on focus). • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. • Fluency in [English].
