Job Description:
- Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities within the insurance market.
- Utilize various methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking, to generate new leads.
- Maintain an updated database of potential and existing clients.
- Conduct initial outreach to potential clients to understand their insurance needs and introduce the company’s services.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present insurance products and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the Head – Corporate Development and Client Affairs to develop and execute sales strategies and plans.
- Achieve sales targets.
