Part-Time E-commerce Business Assistant
Location: Bahrain (remote work or on-site, depending on your preference)
Job Responsibilities:
Purchasing: Oversee purchasing of products based on inventory levels, ensuring cost-effective sourcing from suppliers.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of inventory levels, manage stock, and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
Delivery Arrangements: Coordinate with shipping and delivery services to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products.
Website Management: Upload new products to the website, update existing product listings with descriptions, images, and prices, and ensure the site is accurate.
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries related to orders, inventory, and delivery issues.
Sales Monitoring: Monitor sales trends and adjust inventory and purchases accordingly to maximize profit and reduce waste.
