At AN2AN, sales begin with people, so we’re looking for an experienced and young sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound or inbound sales activities, and a creative mindset to help us remain fresh and trendy. The Sales Executive will be expected to prepare new platforms, update the CRM system on a regular basis, and to research market trends to help the company achieve term and annual objectives. Responsibilities: Meet and exceed sales targets Assist with initiatives that drive brand awareness, trial, and distribution, including follow-up activities, promotions, and sales support Build sales meeting reports and establish long-term relationships with customers Answering to phone/e-mail/web inquiries related to the sales area. Attending sales force periodical meetings (online) Daily updating of CRM / Database. Ensuring deals are closed with profit maximization. Writing contracts, and collecting required documentation. Contribute to lead-generation and customer-acquisition activities, such as sales enablement, media promotion, networking, etc. Qualifications 2+ years of sales experience in a related field Strong negotiation skills Experience with and knowledge of CRM systems Demonstrable track record of over-achieving sales quotas Strong written and verbal communication skills Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage) Proactive, self-motivated, with excellent planning skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team We Offer: Competitive income and bonuses Opportunities for career development and knowledge Dynamic and flexible work schedule.
