Position Overview: As a Waiter, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest enjoys their dining experience by providing attentive and professional service. You will work closely with the team to maintain a positive and seamless dining atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and seat guests warmly. • Take accurate food and drink orders. • Serve meals and beverages efficiently and professionally. • Address guest inquiries and handle special requests. • Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set. • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Qualifications: • Experience: Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar role (2 years preferred). • Skills: Strong knowledge of food and beverage service techniques. Ability to provide menu recommendations based on customer preferences. • Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
