Job Description: Accounting and Cashier Role
**Location:** Manama, Bahrain
**Position:** Full-Time Accounting and Cashier
**Experience Required:** Minimum 2 Years
Job Responsibilities
- **Accounting Duties:**
- Maintain accurate financial records and manage the general ledger.
- Prepare monthly financial reports for shareholders.
- Conduct VAT filing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.
- **Cashier Responsibilities:**
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage the cash register, including balancing at the end of the shift.
- **Customer Service:**
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide knowledgeable guidance on jewellery products.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or cashier roles, preferably in retail.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting fields.
- Proficient in using ERP software for financial management and reporting.
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles and VAT regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively handle customer interactions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
