Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee construction activities, ensuring all site works align with approved shop drawings, design specifications, and project quality standards. This role requires excellent technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities: • Review and interpret shop drawings, ensuring they comply with approved designs and project specifications. • Supervise construction activities to verify alignment with approved drawings, standards, and regulations. • Monitor site progress, ensuring adherence to project schedules and deadlines. • Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship to maintain compliance with standards. • Identify discrepancies or non-conformities in site works and take corrective actions in coordination with contractors. • Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical or logistical challenges. • Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, progress updates, and documentation for management. • Ensure safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed on-site. Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. • Minimum 5 of experience in site supervision for residential, commercial, or industrial projects. • Proficiency in reading and reviewing shop drawings and technical documents. • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards. • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software is an advantage. • Valid Category C Structural engineering license from CRPEP Employment Type: Full-time Location: Bahrain and KSA If you meet the above requirements and are passionate about ensuring top-quality construction projects, we invite you to apply.
