Seeking a dynamic Sales and Business Development Executive for an IT Services company. Looking for someone to join our team immediately and to drive growth. This job has sales targets that need to be met.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients across various industries for our IT services.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Research and identify new market opportunities and industry trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 Years experience in sales and business development.
Strong understanding of IT solutions and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
